01Acceptance of Terms

By using Ratinova, you confirm that you are authorised to act on behalf of your restaurant or business and that you accept these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

02User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate business and account information.
• Not manipulate, fabricate, incentivise dishonest, or otherwise gate reviews in violation of Google's or any platform's policies.
• Comply with Google API guidelines and all applicable laws.
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential.
• Not use the Service for any illegal purpose or to transmit harmful or malicious software.
• Obtain any necessary consent from your customers before collecting their contact details through the Service.

03Reviews & Generated Content

The Service aggregates third-party reviews and helps you collect new feedback. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of reviews retrieved from third-party platforms. You may use AI-generated review replies and reports, but you must not misrepresent content or use the Service to post deceptive information.

You retain ownership of your business data and customer data. You grant us a limited licence to use, host, process, and display this content solely to provide and improve the Service.

04Account & Access

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that show suspicious or abusive behaviour, and we reserve the right to refuse service, or to modify or discontinue features, at our discretion.

05Google API & Third-Party Services

Ratinova's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The Service also relies on third-party providers such as the WhatsApp Business API, Razorpay, and Supabase. The availability and performance of these third-party services are outside our control.

06Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans are billed in advance through Razorpay and renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the billing period. We reserve the right to change subscription fees upon reasonable notice. Continued use of a paid plan after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new fees. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

07Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will improve any particular rating or business outcome.

08Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ratinova shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of revenue, profits, or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

09Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Ratinova harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

10Intellectual Property

Ratinova owns all rights to the platform, including its software, design, branding, and original content. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written permission.

11Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance. Continued use of the Service after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the changes.

12Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
